Children’s Planting Workshop

Taking place at The Swan Inn in Lawshall on Monday 6th June at 11:30am and again at 2:30pm (please select your time slot when booking).

During this fun, relaxing workshop, children will have the opportunity to have a true connection to nature whilst painting their pots, mixing their soils, learning how to clean their plant using a banana skin and most importantly why worm poo is important for our plants.

Parents are encouraged to stay during the workshop – why not enjoy a drink in the pub garden!?

The cost per child is £12 which includes the following:

– Plant cuttings of choice
– Coco coir pot
– Terracotta pot
– Measured out soil components to mix together
– Paint and paint brushes to paint your terracotta pot (optional)
– Plant info cards to help you to care for your plant
– A fun, guided workshop full of indoor plant hints & tips

Delicious food and drinks can be purchased directly from The Swan Inn on the day.
